Who We Are.

Kenneth N. Walker, Ph.D. serves as NTPRC’s Clinical Director.  Dr. Walker is a licensed psychologist.  He has a Ph.D. in health psychology from the University of North Texas.  He completed his internship in health psychology at the University of North Texas Health Science Center.  Dr. Walker is a Diplomate in the American Academy of Pain Management and the American College of Forensic Examiners.  He is also board certified in medical psychology by the American Board of Psychological Specialties.  Dr. Walker serves as an adjunct professor in the Health Psychology Dept. at the University of North Texas.

Michael R. Walker, Ed.D., MBA, J.D. serves as NTPRC’s Administrative Director.  Dr. Walker is licensed as both a psychologist and marriage and family therapist.  He has an Ed.D. in counseling from Texas A&M-Commerce, a MBA in health care management from Jones International University, and law degrees with specialization in health law from both Concord Law School and Sheppard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University.  Dr. Walker is a Diplomate in the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Board of Professional Disability Consultants, and the American Board of Forensic Medicine.  He is also board certified in rehabilitation psychology and family psychology by the American Board of Psychological Specialties.  Dr. Walker serves as an adjunct professor in the Health Psychology Dept. at the University of North Texas.

David B. Graybill, D.O. serves as NTPRC’s Medical Director.  Dr. Graybill graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa.  He completed his residency in anesthesiology at the Dallas/Fort Worth Medical Center.  Dr. Graybill is a Diplomate in the American Academy of Pain Management and has board certification in anesthesiology from the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology.

Robert K. Avance serves as NTPRC’s Business Director.  Mr. Avance has been with NTPRC since 1997.  Prior to joining NTPRC, Mr. Avance had spent over 14 years in commercial banking.
